Sointula Beach House is a waterfront cottage with a private beach available in Sointula on Malcolm Island, British Columbia. Looking out of the window, you get a spectacular view overlooking Broughton Straight and Queen Charlotte Sound and across to the snow-capped peaks of Vancouver Island. Sointula Beach House includes two bedrooms plus loft, a fully equipped kitchen, and separate living room. Also included is a telephone, TV, VCR and cable. It sleeps four to six comfortably and is within walking distance to shops and services. The Sointula Beach House is located just a 10 minute drive from the shores of Bere Point Regional Park, a place where killer whales are often seen. Sointula on Malcolm Island is thirty minutes by ferry from Port McNeill, located on the northeast coast of Vancouver Island. Port McNeill is a two hour drive north of Campbell River on Highway 19 or one hour by air from Vancouver via the Port Hardy airport (daily commercial flights available).
